1. General questions

What is the status of my order?

Once you've placed your order, we'll will send you a confirmation email.

When your order is shipped we will send you another email or text message (based on your preferences) to confirm the expected delivery date and the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).

You can also track the status of your order from the "order history" section when you login to your account on the website.

Can I change my order?

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.

Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United-States, and Canada.

Which currency will I be charged in?

We currently only support the following currencies for charging our customers in their local currencies: USD.

If your credit or debit card uses another currency, then you will be charged in USD. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversation rate of the currency you choose.

How do I add change the quantity of items my subscription?

1. Login to your account. If you did not create an account at checkout, you can create a new account and it will link it to your order information. 

2. Click "Manage Subscription"

3. Click "View Details" under the product you would like to update

4. Click "Products in your subscription"

5. Click "edit quantity" 

6. Enter the new quantity that you would like to receive

7. Click the blue "update quantity" button to save

How do I update my shipping address?

1. Login to your account. If you did not create an account at checkout, you can create a new account and it will link it to your order information.

3. Click "View Details" under the product you would like to update

4. Click "Address and Shipping Information"

5. Click "edit" under shipping address 

6. Enter the new shipping address

7. Click the blue "Save Changes" button to save

How do I add items to my subscription?

To add items to a subscription you'll need to place a new order. 

How do I cancel my subscription?

1. Login to your account

2. Click "Manage Subscription"

3. Click "View Details" under the product you would like to update

4. Click "Cancel subscription" to expand the dropdown

5. Click the red "cancel subscription" button
